Admissions Policy

As many of you know, LPRT is a very popular program and we sometimes are unable to enroll all applicants. Our admissions policy is “first come, first served” as follows:

Please read all information carefully!

Admissions to our program this year will be based upon the following priorities in the order listed:

1. Children of staff.

2. Children who participated the previous year (Pinocchio) and whose completed enrollment forms and payments are received by Sat, May 5, 2012.

3. Siblings of children as defined above.

4. Children who were on our official waiting list last summer (2011) and whose completed enrollment forms and payments are received by Sat, May 5, 2012.

5. Age eligible graduates of the prior LPRT Jr. Players Program (summer 2010) and whose completed enrollment forms and payments are received by Sat, May 5, 2012.

6. All new applicants with completed forms received by Sat, May 5, 2012.

7. Any applications received after May 5th, 2012 will automatically be placed on the waiting list in the order received.

Please register and pay online or send forms and a check via us mail (please do not deliver in person to staff member). Forms will be picked up by 12pm from our Ben Lomond PO Box on May 5th.

***Please note that online registration and payment is the quickest easiest method to register your child.

In the unfortunate event that we are unable to accommodate all applicants, we will place applicants on a waiting list in the order listed above. The individuals on the waiting list will retain their positions for the 2012 production and will then be enrolled under priority #4 listed above. It is our greatest hope that no child would have to spend more than one year on the waiting list.

*The Executive staff reserves the right to add additional spots for children with special needs.

**The Executive staff reserves the right to give consideration to a 14 year old child who has never before participated in LPRT
